The Global Technology team is highly collaborative and involved in every strategic priority for the business. We act like an InsurTech startup within the company, enabling new robots and concepts that will redefine the insurance experience for our clients.

Our team is responsible for a diverse set of technology functions. We manage the infrastructure and enterprise applications that support our company’s rapid growth, oversee global security and risk management, and create innovative new products for the company. Our cross-cultural team of self-starters spans across the US, China and India and is made up of help desk staff, information security experts, software engineers for internal and external applications, data analysts, business analysts, and infrastructure managers.

In the Service Delivery team, we strive to set a new standard in service for our industry each and every day. Our clients see us as an extension of their own teams, helping them solve the challenges they face with efficiency, capacity, and profitability.

We have several levels within our Service Delivery Unit, encompassing both licensed and non-licensed professionals including Customer Experience Associates, Insurance Account Specialists, Account Managers, and Operations Excellence Specialists. While most of our employees are based in Lincoln, Nebraska, we do have several Account Managers working remotely across the country to provide specialized expertise and meet a variety of service hours no matter what time zones our clients may do business in.

It’s our passion to consult on our clients’ operational transitions and ensure they happen seamlessly to maximize business results. We manage transitions of all types: onboarding work to ReSource Pro, systems transitions, post-acquisition integration along with driving standardization and efficiency across teams and locations. Our team is frequently tapped to lead project efforts where our clients need deep expertise in insurance operations, project management and partnering to implement organizational changes to achieve their business objectives.

We have some of the very best insurance operations professionals in the industry, versed in Lean deployment, change leadership, project management, and operational optimization. Our success isn’t based on our individual skill sets, but how we collaborate with clients and internal teams to consistently create value.

We are a US-based team who is highly capable in creating high performing partnerships by leveraging the diverse skill sets we possess. What we all have in common is a passion for insurance operations and years of experience on the frontlines driving results for some of the most well-known names in the insurance industry.

Our team members have backgrounds in both property/casualty and employee benefits. We are former brokers, underwriters and operations folk who have gained experience within large global professional services companies, stock companies, family-owned agencies, wholesalers and reinsurers. We understand our customers because insurance is in our DNA.
